Customer Complaints Procedure
All customer complaints must be put in writing to the theatre. Customers can
email their concerns direct to the General Manager by clicking HERE. Alternatively you can send a letter for the attention of the General Manger
at the above New Theatre address. All correspondence will be replied to within seven
days.
If you have a concern while at the theatre, please speak to a Duty Manager who will do their utmost to correct the situation immediately.
